• The Board should work as a team which has a common purpose and which respects diversity and debate.
  
• The Board should use sufficient time for evaluating Corporate strategic futures, alternative scenarios and strategies in order to be some steps ahead.
  
• The Board should set targets for Corporate management, not only financial ones, and support its work.
  
• The Board should take care of owners' interests.
  
• The Board should add value to a Corporation.
